Terms of Service

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using any feature of PULSElabs (the "Platform"), you ("User") accept these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any of these, do not use the Platform.

• Account: the User's record, with email, password, and signup data.
• Project / Brand: each workspace you create to organize content.
• Generation: any call to the Platform's AI that produces content.
• Generated Content: text, images, and other artifacts the AI produces from your instructions.

Signup requires a name, valid email, and password. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for the security of your password. If you suspect misuse, report it immediately to hello@limaolaranja.com.

The Platform is for users 18 years or older. We do not create accounts for minors.

• We offer a 7-day free trial, with no credit card required.
• Paid plans (Builder, Maker, Studio) are billed monthly or annually in USD via Stripe.
• You can cancel anytime from inside the Platform. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for — no penalty, no lock-in.
• Refunds: you have 7 days after your first paid charge to request a full refund.
• Annual price adjustments may occur and will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice.

You may use the Platform to generate and publish legitimate content for your brand or your clients.

You may not:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or that violates third-party rights.
• Try to bypass usage limits, reverse-engineer, or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Resell access without our authorization (Studio plans already cover multiple clients).
• Use the Platform for spam, phishing, or any deceptive practice.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, with no refund for the unused portion.

• Generated Content belongs to the User, who may use it freely, commercially or otherwise.
• The User is solely responsible for reviewing Generated Content before publishing. AI may produce inaccurate, outdated, or incorrect information.
• The User is responsible for complying with applicable laws (GDPR, copyright, right of publicity) when publishing Generated Content.
• The Platform is not an advertising agency and is not responsible for the commercial performance of published content.

All software, design, brand, prompt templates, code, and know-how of the Platform are the exclusive property of PULSElabs. These Terms do not transfer any rights over those assets to the User.

The Platform is provided "as is". While we work with reliable infrastructure (Vercel, Anthropic, Stripe), we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or absence of errors.

Under no circumstance shall PULSElabs's total liability to the User exceed the amount paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or lost opportunity.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the violation. The User may close the account at any time.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the User's jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
