Privacy Policy

• Account data: name, email, password (hashed), and signup metadata.
• Project data: brand information, URLs, brand voice, target audience, keywords, and content you generate.
• Integration tokens: OAuth tokens for the networks you connect, encrypted at rest.
• Usage data: number of generations, posts published, plan, and billing history.

• Provide the service you signed up for (generating and publishing content).
• Send transactional emails (signup, password reset, billing receipts).
• Improve the product — aggregate, anonymized usage metrics only.
• Comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.

We share data only with the subprocessors required to run the service: Vercel (hosting & storage), Anthropic and OpenAI (AI generation, embeddings & image generation), Stripe (billing), and the social networks you choose to connect. We don't sell your data, ever.

We keep account and project data while your account is active. When you close your account, we delete it within 30 days. Backups roll off within 35 days.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from inside the Platform, or by emailing hello@limaolaranja.com.

Passwords are hashed with PBKDF2. Integration tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. All traffic is TLS-encrypted. We follow industry best practices and report any breach within 72 hours.

The Brand Memory feature lets you upload material (PDFs, documents, presentations, pasted text) and connect your own website so the AI can write in your brand's voice. We extract the text and images, generate embeddings and a short summary, and then discard the original file— we keep only the extracted text, the embeddings, the curated images, and a thumbnail. This material is private to your brand, is never used to train third-party models (OpenAI and Anthropic do not train on API data), and is removed the moment you delete the source. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to use the material and aren't infringing third-party copyright or confidentiality.

Material changes to this policy are announced by email at least 15 days before they take effect.
